By accessing or using Veximbo's cloud security platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Veximbo provides a comprehensive cloud security platform that delivers multi-cloud asset discovery, risk assessments, vulnerability management, and automated compliance reporting across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

3. User Accounts

To access our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Veximbo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance
  • Suspend access for security or technical reasons

8. Fees and Payment

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

  • You remain liable for any outstanding fees

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEXIMBO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Veximbo harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by:

  • Posting the new Terms on this page
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Sending you an email notification (for material changes)

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:

  • Mediation, if negotiation fails
  • Arbitration in accordance with Philippine law, if mediation fails

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
